Know european people for exchanging Spanish to spoken German or English

Hi guys, I have been living and traveling around many countries much time alone or with some people during my leisure time. My level of spoken English is B1 upper-intermediate but not certificated. I would be very pleased to join some European people [preferibly German] and be able for exchanging Spanish to spoken German or English or travel together. I must say that my level of English is enough for traveling even alone, but my level of German is very basic or nule. I have been practising it via dulingo app, but I need to begin with words and meet some people for trying to speek. Is anybody.. who can help us? Nowadays I usually live at Madrid, but I work at different cities such Alcobendas due to work. I also know Móstoles, the second biggest city in Community of Madrid, where we can speak in English or Spanish confortably I´ll attend your comments ASAP.
